Bringing Group Fitness to Where You Are...

Do you have a group of friends or employees who want to get in shape but lack the time and money for a gym or personal trainer? Our On-site Group Fitness Program may be the solution!
One of our Group Fitness Instructors will meet you and your group on-site for the Group Fitness Class of your choice! Sample classes include:
Aqua Aerobics - A water workout that’s guaranteed to get you burn fat, yet still let you keep cool. Using the resistance of water and clever choreography set to great music, this class will build lean muscle, burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness all while having a wet and wildly good time!
Power Yoga – An intense class that stretches and strengthens. The type of yoga practiced in this class is most similar to Power Vinyasa. Beginners to advanced.
Zumba! – A fun-filled, Latin-inspired dance fiesta! This class will get your feet movin’, hips shakin’ and heart rate pumpin’! Don’t miss out on the action. It’s caliente!
Pilates - Inspired by Joseph Pilates, the exercises in this class focus on core strength, but include the appendages as well. Pilates is known for tightening and toning while building long, lean muscles. Beginners to advanced.
Cardio Collage - You never know what you’ll get in this class. One day it may be kickboxing the next, Latin Cardio Dance! What you do know is that you will get a great cardiovascular workout with strengthening and toning at the end of each class. Beginners to advanced.
Interval Strength Training – In this class you perform strength training exercises interspersed with short bouts of high-intensity anaerobic movement. The result is an increase in strength, improved muscle tone, and a whole lotta’ calories burned! Beginners to advanced.
Kickboxing – Get ready to kick away those extra pounds! Inspired by martial arts, this class is full of big power movements for big calorie burnage! Couple that with heart-pumping techno music, and you’ll be ready to fight! Beginners to advanced.
Fit in 5! Fitness Camp – This class focuses on functional fitness. Traditional body resistance exercises and calisthenics will get you in tip-top shape. Ready to enlist? Beginners to advanced.
Sports Moves – If you’re a sports fan, this class is for you! Inspired by athletic training and coaching, this class includes strength and cardio moves from all of the major sports. Add to that jock-jammin’ music, and you’ve got one great workout that’s guaranteed to get you season-ready! Beginners to advanced.
